Hypo-allergenic products are effective for sensitive skin unless there is a particular chemical or organic element to which you are allergic. To check for that element, carefully read the label.
Sensitive skin care products may cost more than general use skin care. The additional cost is worthwhile in saving your skin and avoiding a more expensive dermatologist’s bill for an allergic reaction. Skin care creams, cleansers and moisturizers that cover the face need to be the best quality you can afford. A person with highly sensitive skin also needs to use a hypo-allergenic shampoo and conditioner.
